HOW TO PREPARE BEFORE A SESSION

1. SET UP YOUR SPACE

Find a comfortable, open, and uncluttered space to practice. Clutter = energetic baggage.

2. WHAT TO WEAR

Wear light, loose, and comfortable clothing that you can easily move in.

3. DO NOT DISTURB

Notify your household that you are taking time for self-care and prefer not to be disturbed.

ARRIVE EARLY

We recommend joining 5 minutes early to transition.

Light your favorite candle or incense.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SESSION

Give yourself permission to be present for the next 45 minutes. Our Sessions begin with a community welcome, move into light breathwork, journey through a blend of ancient traditional modalities and mindfulness techniques, taper into a moment of reflection, and end with an affirmation.

Rest

This Session guides you into a state of deep relaxation and rest. You are guided to use your senses to explore and listen to the body and breath. You learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep. These techniques lead the body and mind into deep relaxation, rest, and equilibrium where you welcome and respond to thoughts, beliefs, and feelings in new ways.

Ecstatic Dance

Movement

This dynamic dance meditation Session reconnects you with your true essence. Your movements tell a compelling story. With dance you become conscious of your body’s language and discover the everyday moves that hold you back and set you free. With dance, you become conscious of your body’s language and discover rhythms and roles you are destined to express.

Energy Healing

Stillness

This Session activates the body’s subtle energy systems to clear stuck and stagnant energy. By breaking through these energy blocks, the body’s inherent ability to heal is stimulated and encouraged to deeply relax. This modality supports you to vibrate at a higher frequency and allows you to align and attune to your higher purpose, power, and potential.

Tarot

Intuition

This session guides you to find answers through connecting to your intuition. You receive a group reading using Tarot as the tool of inner wisdom and guidance. Afterwards, you journal to uncover your own unique insights, realizations, and breakthroughs. This practice encourages you to quiet the mind, open the heart, and connect to your own unique internal GPS system - your intuition.
