With dance you become conscious of your body’s language and discover the everyday moves that hold you back and set you free. With dance, you become conscious of your body’s language and discover rhythms and roles you are destined to express.
This Session activates the body’s subtle energy systems to clear stuck and stagnant energy. By breaking through these energy blocks, the body’s inherent ability to heal is stimulated and encouraged to deeply relax. This session guides you to find answers through connecting to your intuition. You receive a group reading using Tarot as the tool of inner wisdom and guidance. Afterwards, you journal to uncover your own unique insights, realizations, and breakthroughs.
