How much is your membership?

Our membership is $35 per month for unlimited virtual live group Sessions. Included in our membership is access to exclusive online and in-person community events and quarterly self-care product gifts. 

Can I try your platform for free?

Yes! We currently offer a free 14 day trial.

How do I activate my free trial?

Your 14 day free trial is automatically applied when you purchase a membership option. Go to our Schedule, click "Sign Up" next to the Session that you are interested in, and choose the membership option you prefer. Your free 14 day trial is automatically applied and you won't be charged until the end date of the free trial. 

What Session should I start with? 

Here's a quick guide to on where to start:

• Looking to find stillness, rebalance, and relax? Try Reiki.
• Looking to rest, relax, and renew? Try Restorative Yoga.

Do you offer Session recordings / do I receive a recording of the Session if I sign-up?

We are currently focused on creating the best possible live experience for you and our community. We also are big believers in the accountability of showing up to a live Session! That being said, we are exploring launching on demand content in the near future. Sign up for our email list below if you would like to receive product updates!

What is Reiki? 

Reiki dates back to the teachings of the Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui in Japan in the early 1900s.

How it works: each individual has an electromagnetic field that surrounds them called the biofield. For example, the heart produces an electrical field measured through an EKG. In fact, every cell in the body produces an electrical charge which then creates magnetic fields. 

Sometimes, energy blocks happen - caused by negative thinking, unhealed trauma, or stress overload - which impede the natural and innate flow of energy causing health problems and negative life circumstances like financial troubles or relationship challenges. Reiki practitioners focus on sensing and clearing these energy blocks to restore physical and emotional well-being.

How does Reiki work virtually?

During Usui Reiki training, practitioners learn symbols, one of which is used to invoke distance Reiki. Distance Reiki works according to an ancient principle called the Hermetic Law of Similarity which says that we are all connected as we are all made of energy and part of a larger whole. Using the distance Reiki symbol, practitioners are able to channel the energy field of a participant or group of participants. 

How do I prepare for a Session?

• Set up your space - find a comfortable, open, and safe space to practice.
• What to wear - wear comfortable layers.
• What to bring - this varies by Session, but in general bring crystals, pillows, blankets, and your headphones.
• Do not disturb - practice boundaries by turning your devices on DND and let others know this is your "me" time.
• Arrive early - we recommend joining 5 minutes early to allow yourself to transition.

How do I participate during a Session?

We strongly recommend joining with your camera on to meet your Guide and say "hi" to our community. Your Guide will give an opportunity to turn off your camera if you prefer.

Where are your products from and are they sustainable?

Our products are sourced from around the world, as close to the source as possible. We are very particular about where our products come from and we work to ensure the integrity of our suppliers. In particular, we ask that suppliers provide us with evidence of sustainable sourcing or farming practices. We also work with them to ensure that they respect people and cultures where these resources may originate from.

How do you determine sizes for each crystal?

Due to the naturally occurring nature of crystals, each crystal will vary in size, shape, and color. We do our best to select crystals that look as similar to the photography featured on the website. Additionally, we hand sort and size each crystal on two different dimensions: length and weight. After determining the length and weight, we assign the crystal a size based on our size charts. Know that our size charts are based on relatively narrow ranges which can account for size differences even within the same size class.

I love your crystals and am looking for larger sizes that what is currently on your website. Will you be carrying bigger sizes? 

We have recently increased the sizes of our crystals and encourage you to check out our product pages for more detail. In the event that you are looking for even larger pieces than what is currently offered, please email ann@beforenoon.co. We may be able to source special sized pieces for you or have them in our private collection. 

Do you sell your products at brick and mortar locations?
