Shipping
Orders placed Monday-Thursday (excluding holidays) will be fulfilled and shipped the next business day, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed on Friday will be fulfilled the following Monday or subsequent business day.
Before Noon currently ships within the United States and Canada via USPS. Shipping rate is determined by weight of your purchase and destination. For orders $100 or more, we offer free shipping.
DOMESTIC
Ships via USPS First Class (under 1lb) or Priority Mail (over 1lb) with up to $50 of insurance and tracking info. Orders are estimated to deliver between 1-3 business days upon shipping. We also offer Priority Mail Express with guaranteed overnight delivery. A signature is not required so it is the customer's responsibility to select a safe and secure address, as the package may be left on your doorstep or in the mailbox.
INTERNATIONAL
Packages are shipped via USPS First Class (under 4lb) or Priority Mail International to the Canada Post (Canada's postal service) which handles final delivery of the package. Orders are estimated to deliver between 6-10 business days. We also offer Priority Mail Express International with estimated delivery between 3-5 business days. Actual number of days may vary based on origin, and customs delays. A customs number will be included but Canada Post does not provide tracking or insurance. All international shipments may be subject to other taxes and fees and are to be paid by the recipient.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
Before Noon is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or shipping carrier delays. It is the customer's responsibility to select the best shipping location, method for their needs and preferred delivery date. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Returns
For all online purchases at beforenoon.co, Before Noon is happy to accept returns of full priced merchandise for exchange or store credit. Prior to shipping your return to us, please send an email to Ann@beforenoon.co and let her know which item you are returning and what item(s) you are exchanging for so that we can hold it for you. (We have limited quantity!) She will also share where to address your return to.
Items must be returned in new, unopened and undamaged original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not fulfill these conditions.
- Return merchandise must be physically received by Before Noon within 7 days of the date that the original package was delivered to you, as shown by carrier tracking.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Package must be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Once we receive your return, we will gladly issue you a store credit for the full priced merchandise, minus shipping costs, via a gift card number that will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
Merchandise purchased at an event or pop-up is final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
