New Member

Create a new account through our hosting platform, Sutra, to make you have access to all class details and Zoom links. View the schedule here.

Log-in to your Sutra account. View the schedule here.

Payment Options:

Drop-in Rate

Each session has a drop-in price that ranges from $12-$35. Included in the drop-in price is access to the Live session and its recording, which can be found through our On Demand Library.

Monthly Membership

For $50/month get unlimited access to our Live sessions and our On Demand Library. Sign-up for a monthly membership at any time - you will be billed on an ongoing basis based on your sign-up date. Option to cancel at any time.
