Journaling is a powerful tool that can assist with healing and transformation, releasing of emotional blocks, and building awareness of our thoughts and feelings.
This workshop is hosted by our dear friend and journaling guru, Lissette Alves. Lissette's way of teaching offers an opportunity to connect to oneself, introspect, and find comfort in the midst of change and turmoil.
Each week will offer a new resource, which will allow the brain to wander and in turn, will enhance creativity, improve mental clarity, reduce stress + anxiety, and facilitate personal growth. This workshop will provide you with the necessary tools to support your journaling goals; whether it be creating a new daily practice, releasing creativity juices or guidance on where to begin and what to write about.
