Features & Specs

The Azurite stone's meaning is derived from the word 'azure,' which means "sky blue,” and represents its distinctive shades of deep, jewel-toned colors. It often includes hints of Malachite, a green tinge. It is a highly sought after and rare stone. Each piece is a natural and unique stone varying slightly in size, color, pattern, shape, and weight. Its blue sapphire color has a tendency to become lighter or turn green when exposed to ultraviolet rays or excessive moisture, which makes it important to keep it in a dry place away from sunlight.
