Use
- Inhale the smell of lavender to ease feelings of tension and stress. The scent’s calming and relaxing properties are known to give you some quality shut eye. Place a few drops in the palm of your hands and cup your nose or try a Vitruvi diffuser
- Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid into a spray bottle to freshen your home. Spray above your bed right before you jump in.
- Place a few drops onto the bottom of your feet before bedtime
- Use in a face oil by adding 10-15 drops to a 15 ml bottle or make a gentle spot treatment by adding 2 drops to 1 tbsp coconut oil and apply to blemishes. Lavender not only smells good but also has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that your skin will love
