Toolbox - Grounding

If you feel like everything is swirling up in the air and you need to be rooted back down to earth, our Grounding Toolbox is for you. Take a deep breath, release the tension, and feel yourself re-connect to the earth and your inner peace. 

We personally found healing using each of these tools and wrapped them in a beautiful, keepsake box to likewise empower you to create your own practice. Included is our Smudge Stick, Smoky Quartz Crystal, 30 Days of Healing Workbook, and Calming Serum. 

Use

• Gently light the Smudge Stick for 10-15 seconds and use the smoke to cleanse your space
• Place the Smoky Quartz Crystal on your stomach, close your eyes, and take three deep breaths
• Lightly press the Calming Serum onto any of your nine major pulse points; to release anxiety and tension, we recommend applying pressure on your inner wrists, along the wrist crease towards the pinky side for about one minute
• Complete your favorite mind, body, or spirit exercise from your Workbook; jot down thoughts and feelings

Products come packaged in a 11.25" x 11.25"x 4" reusable box. Our smudge stick is wrapped in a reusable rice paper bag and measures approximately 4" x 1.5" x 1.5". Our crystal is wrapped in a travel muslin bag and measures approximately 1.5" x 1.5" x 1".
